Joe Paletti is an estimator for Mander Collision and Glass. Joe joined the Mander team in 2006, and has over 36 years of experience in the industry.
He has previously worked as a body shop manager, service manager, insurance adjuster and adjuster supervisor.
His responsibility is to follow claims from start to finish, identify and order parts, quality control through the entire repair process, timely solutions, take photos, upload estimate, notify insurance companies, arrange loaner car, paper work, scheduling, assure cleanliness of car and road test.
